Job Description

We are seeking an experienced AI Developer to join Pirr and our AI team. This role involves working with AI technology, specifically focusing on training, fine-tuning, and data management for transformer large language models. You will play a critical role in developing inclusive and sophisticated models that enhance the experience of story creation in the Pirr App. You might also have a love for fiction as a reader and/or writer.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement machine learning models based on transformer architectures.

Collect, prepare, and refine diverse datasets to train and fine-tune large language models.

Evaluate model performance and iteratively improve models based on feedback and results.

Tune prompts and model settings for improved inference performance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into the Pirr application.

Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI research to ensure the adoption of industry-leading practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related fields.

Experience in working with transformer models.

Strong programming skills in Python, and familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.

Experience with NLP tasks and large language models, including data preparation and model fine-tuning.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Preferred Skills:

Experience deploying AI solutions with cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud).

Knowledge of advanced machine learning techniques and optimizations specific to large language models.

Experience in using HPC (High-Performance Computing) clusters for training and finetuning.

Publication record in AI/ML fields is a plus.

Location:

We have offices in Stockholm and Gothenburg where we offer hybrid working. And we're open to discussing the possibility of working fully remotely from other places in Europe.
